Payments and fees

A deposit is made to secure your reservations and the remainder is typically due 30 to 90 days before your travel date, some suppliers require payments up front.

The planning fee is due when we are finalizing your trip details.

The planning fee starts $25 for flights and $150 for Itinerary.
